This machine is the compound coating machine for gel products.

It is mainly used in producing cooling patch, hydrogel patch, and papua cream with multi-medicine ingredient. It can complete the coating and recombination during the process of production.

There is a device equipped to prevent tensile deformation between pneumatic length cutting and cross cutting, the cutting size is more precise.

The main body is with integrated wallboard design, and the installation precision is high, and the running is more stable.

Innovative design: anti-stretching device for bounce cloth, coating, and transportation, reduce the stretching deformation at the most.

● Brief introduction of the machine

This machine combines the functions of planetary machine and High speed dispersion machine, unique blending structure is applied, dispersion bearing and blending paddle do planetary movement of revolution and rotation respectively, and the speed can be frequency controlled to make the material do complex movement, and the material is cut, kneaded and decentralized by a strong strength. Inside the tank, there are automatic wall scrapping device and bottom scrapping device to scrap the material which stick on the wall of the tank, and make high efficient blending. It is the ideal device for chemical, food, energy, gel, electronic, fluorosilicone, medicine, cosmetics, and daily chemical industries.

This machine composes of base, beam, upright post, tank cover, tank body, transmission and electric control system.
