The most different part compared with other machine is this machine is full servo motor driving machine. The entire machine no need too much air supply. The horizontal sealing, vertical sealing, cutter part no need air cylinder drive any more.

Auger feeding system, each auger controlled by each servo motor, the filling is more accuracy and stable. And it also has the air exhausting and Nitrogen filling function.
Newly developed sliding feeding system. This feeding system can be moved to outside of the machine, it can avoid the powder fall down to the sealing part when clean the product. Inside the hopper, we use the circular arc design, it's seamless, no powder left and easy to clean. Meantime, by using this feeding system, it's much easier to operate when you change anotherset auger.

One of most competitive advantage of our machine is that, for our machine, one machine can pack both pure powder product and powder mixed granule product. It can save much of your cost and space.
This machine vertical sealing part adopts the front and back plate, curve design type, the bag is not easily to misalign. The feeding pipe is easily to disassemble. By using this new sealing and heating structure, the auger is easily to remove and it also can avoid the product heated when feeding, keep the product fresh. When the machine stops, the vertical sealing bar will be away automatically.

The horizontal sealing part is made of imported profiles, which has higher steel strength than ordinary materials, and adopts steel balance technology synchronous gear structure to ensure that the bag is sealed and embossed evenly. The lines are clear and smooth, and the sealing is strong.

Unique bag moulding device to produce round corner end/special shaped bags. 1. The bags are with humanized corner design, more safety than ordinary straight corner bags. 2.There are double easy tears in side direction, bags are very easy to tear and open, it's very convenient. The machine use unique sealing and cutting design, tiny the easy tear part to avoid the powder sprinkling.

The machine main motor we used is Inovance servo motor with good features, such as high efficiency, energy-saving, high starting torque and easy maintenance and easy to operate.

Easy manipulation. Machine operation is controlled by Touch screen with PLC system, touch screen can be set up in many languages, and PLC system can store a large number of data for machine performance.

Cutter system, we use the round corner cutter of CNC machining technology, which can live up to 3-5 years; and ensure uniform appearance of the bag, smooth and burr free.

It can realize the automatic correction function of the film feeding system, that is, the whole frame moved, so that the correction adjustment is accurate and fast. This function can avoid the film waste, save film cost and labor cost.

We have use the temperature mould to instead of the temperature meter. You can adjust the temperature on the touch screen. When the temperature is too low or too high, the machine will alarm.

Each part of our machine have the series number, so in the future, if you want to change any part, you just let us know the series number will be ok.
In the electric box, the power and pneumatic is separated, a dust-proof device at the cable holes is installed to prevent dust from entering.

The film electrostatic eliminating device is installed on the machine, it can eliminate the electrostatic on the film.

The air expansion axis is used to fix the roll film, which is stable and does not run off. It's convenient to change the film, and the equipment is installed with the film connecting device. When the old and new roll film is replaced, the roll film is cut and put into the film pressing device, and stick directly. Then press the film pressing button to continue.

Special device, which can make sure the film strength is same when they go through the vertical sealing part, so the finished bags will be flat and neat.

 The equipment is equipped with an joint-film detection and empty bag removal device, when the system detects the joint-film part, the machine will not feeding and the empty bag will be rejected directly. This can avoid the product waste.

The equipment adds an automatic oil filler, which can set the automatic oil injection time, effectively extend the service life of the lead screw, and save the manual oil injection maintenance time.

A standby socket is installed on the front of the machine, when you want to connect the electronic weigher to test each bag weight, then you no need to prepare extra power line. It's very convenient.

Circular guard door design, which make the machine looks high-end and elegant, which is also designed by us. This new guard door have no sanitary dead space, there will be no powder left. When you clean the door, it's very easy to do.

On the guide slot part, we add a acrylic front plate to make the bags fall down more smoothly, not easy to turn off.

The machine have the trouble tips system, when the trouble appears, the machine will alarm and stop automatically, and show the troubles and reasons on the touch screen, it can help you to troubleshooting.
