1.1 Machine Introduction
1.1.1 Forming part:

1.1.2 Filling Part
The filling heads are with 2 filling heads, to fill into the suppository shells, the filling accuracy is ±2%, the liquid barrel (hopper) is with electrical heat preservation system, the upper part is equipped with stirring motor, to make the drug with the homogeneous state, the drug inside the liquid barrel (hopper) through the circulating pump into the filling heads, one time filling the remaining drug through the other end, circulated into the liquid barrel (hopper), then for next filling.
1.1.3 Cooling Part
The filled drug with whole line are get into the cooling rack step by step, the cooling box outside is equipped with water chiller
(which is provided by the customer), the cooling air is through water chiller inside the cooling box, then to cool the suppository products on the cooling racks.
1.1.4 Sealing and Code Printing Part
After cooling, the solid suppositories are get into the sealing area: pre-heated mould——>sealing mould——>code printing mould.
Then for the finished suppository products, cut into one group as 4 pcs/ 5 pcs/ 6 pcs/ 7 pcs (according to customer's requirements).
1.2 Equipment Advantage
1.2.1 PLC measuring ability
Through PLC on-line monitoring function, it can run fault self-check alarm,
and synchronously display the fault reason, it's very convenient for the operator, and trouble clearing in time.
1.2.2 Filling Part
Remarks:
it's equipped with the electrostatic eliminating system, before reach the filling position, if without this electrostatic eliminating system, because the microdrug filling, close to the suppository shell, under the influence of static electricity, the upper parts along the inner wall of the suppository shell to climb a short height, then it may be possible to reach the sealing position of the suppository, so that it will affect the sealing quality.
The filling advantage:
without wall built-up, without liquid leakage, the filling volume is stable, with convenient adjustment and stable operation.
The triangular knife side cutting, dotted line process, the triangular knife and dotted line can be fixed on the same fixed plate, the triangular knife and dotted line can be synchronous working, the lower triangular is smooth and beautiful, the dotted line is clear and easy tear. To save the space, easy to adjust.
1.2.3 Mixing Tank Speed Adjustment System
Remarks:
Because the drug base material is different, the viscosity is different, may the fixed stirring effect, the drug cannot be mixed homogeneously before filling, to affect the drug content of finished suppository.
1.2.4 Cooling System
Remarks:
Speed adjustment, because different drug is different, ingredients are different, maybe it will need the different cooling speed, the cooling speed is too slow, the production efficiency of the whole machine will be reduced; the cooling speed is too high, when the cooling speed is too high may lead to drug break due to a sudden temperature drop, so cooling speed should be adjustable.
The suppository can get into cooling box step by step, for cooling step by step, without squeezing, the cooling effect is perfect, the cooling box is with small occupied area, beautiful and easy to maintain.
1.2.5 Cutting Grain Quantity Adjustable System
Remarks:
sealing part, sealing is beautiful, steel letters are clear.
The grains are according to the customer's requirements, to be set as the finished grains as 4 pcs/ 5 pcs/ 6 pcs/ 7 pcs (according to customer's requirements).
1.2.6 Equipment Overall Advantages
